7 Cellars was founded by a group of successful entrepreneurs who share one thing beyond business — an uncompromising love for wine. Not just any wine, but the kind you remember. The bottle that changed a dinner into an occasion. The vintage that told a story before you took the first sip.
Based in Grand Cayman, we set out to bring the world's most exceptional wines to the Caribbean — bottles you simply cannot find anywhere else on island.
Our Sommeliers
What sets 7 Cellars apart is our team of certified sommeliers — including a Master Sommelier — dedicated to sourcing and curating the finest wines in the Caribbean. With expertise spanning the world's great wine regions, our team personally selects every bottle, traveling to estates, building relationships with producers, and assembling a collection of over 260 exceptional wines.
Leading our client relationships is Roberto Logioia, Director of Sales. With decades of experience from Italy to the Caribbean, Roberto is your personal guide to discovering wines that match your palate, occasion, and vision.
From first-growth Bordeaux to boutique Italian producers, from rare aged vintages to exceptional current releases — every bottle in our portfolio has been selected to tell a story.
