Due to the nature of wine and spirits, and in compliance with health and safety regulations, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions

  • Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@7cellars.ky within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
  • Wrong item shipped: If you received the wrong item, contact us at info@7cellars.ky within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
