Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order within 1–2 business days for standard orders placed before 2:00 PM AST. Yacht provisioning and large orders may require additional coordination — our team will contact you with a confirmed delivery window.

Yacht & Charter Provisioning

For yacht and charter deliveries, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance. We deliver directly to your vessel at marinas across Grand Cayman. Contact us at info@7cellars.ky or WhatsApp to coordinate your provisioning.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it is out for delivery. For real-time updates, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packed in protective packaging designed for wine and spirits transport. Climate-sensitive shipments are handled with appropriate cooling measures during transit.
